FirstFix Recruit are looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager on behalf of one of our established clients who are based in the Essex area.

Our Client is looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager to lead their commercial operations by developing their commercial operations including pricing, estimation, and bid functions. You will be establishing robust commercial systems and governance, improving pricing consistency, increasing bid throughput, and protecting margin through disciplined scope control and risk management.
You will lead the end-to-end estimation and bid process, coordinating inputs from relevant business functions, producing accurate and competitive commercial submissions that align with our client's delivery capability and strategic objectives.
Experience & Who are client are looking for
* Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator.
* Confident with data, systems and structured commercial models.
* Comfortable at decision making and keeping to the standards hold up by the company.
* A calm, professional, and commercially grounded approach
* Someone to build a long term career and to mentor and support the development of commercial operations throughout the business as it scales up.
