Fortress Recruit is working with a Defence Manufacturer who are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead and deliver complex electrical projects across full platform lifecycles. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who can take ownership of electrical architecture and detailed design, mentor junior engineers, and drive high standards across regulated engineering programmes. You’ll work from requirements capture and system architecture through to detailed design, qualification testing, and production support, ensuring compliant, robust, and cost-effective solutions are delivered to specification.
