Job Description
Role:                 Senior Electrical Design Engineer\n\nLocation:           Southwark, London  \n\nDuration:           3 Months \n\nIR35 Status:      Outside IR35\n\nStart Date:         Immediate \n\nAn established consultancy near Southwark, London is urgently seeking an immediately available Senior Electrical Design Engineer for a 3-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.\n\nThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in hotel and residential projects, strong design ownership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This is a hybrid position, requiring attendance at the office four days per week.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n•            Experienced in electrical design on hotel, residential or mixed use development projects\n\n•            Strong project design and management experience\n\n•            Proven ability to coordinate designs with other stakeholders and disciplines\n\n•            Broad knowledge of electrical systems, including:\n\no            Medium and Low Voltage power systems\n\no            Standby \n\no            UPS systems\n\no            Earthing systems\n\no            Fire alarm systems\n\n•            Ability to design systems with various resilience levels\n\n•            Excellent communication skills\n\n•            In-depth understanding of current standards and ability to develop project-specific requirements\n\n•            Demonstrated drive, determination, and supervisory skills\n\nFor more information regarding the above role, please contact Stephen Tiigah – (url removed)
