ELECTRICAL DESIGN LEADER

Excellent opportunity for Senior Electrical Design Leader to work with a leading Engineering firm specializing for chemical, industrial projects.

Seeking an Electrical Engineer or Senior Designer with15-20 years of experience in managing teams of engineers and designers in complex design projects that involve multiple disciplines.

The Sr. Electrical Design Leader will:

Write technical scopes of work Develop electrical specifications Design/check electrical single line diagrams, motor elementary diagrams, interconnection diagrams, power plans, cable schedules and lighting and grounding plans

Skills/Experience:

Experienced directing other designers and engineers in teh production of design deliverables. Experienced reviewing and approving vendor drawings for heavy industrial projects Perform FEL1, FEL2, FEL3 estimates Interact with other discipline leads and the clients to effect technical solutions to project issues Able to perform field walk-downs to gather field data, attend meetings, bid walk-downs, etc.
