An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic and collaborative Building Services team based in Cambridge. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and is looking to lead innovative projects from concept through to completion.
About the Role: * Act as a senior technical lead on a wide range of building services projects, taking responsibility for design quality and project delivery across the MEP disciplines. * Play a key role in both winning and successfully delivering projects by contributing strategic input and direction. * Provide expert advice and design solutions within a multi-disciplinary context, ensuring integration across mechanical, electrical, and public health services. * Lead feasibility studies, produce detailed and performance specifications, and supervise both design programmes and junior staff. * Interpret client needs and project requirements, ensuring delivery aligns with expectations, budgets, and timelines.
