The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Data Centre Engineer to join their London team. This is a permanent role suited for a highly skilled professional with 4 -5+ years of experience in electrical design, commissioning, or consultancy for data centres or similar critical environments across the UK, Europe, or the USA.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions for complex data centre projects, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, review, and develop electrical systems for data centres, ensuring compliance with UK standards and international best practices.
Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and system simulations.
Provide technical support during project delivery, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of critical electrical infrastructure.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure solutions are efficient, safe, and sustainable.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices in data centre electrical design.Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in electrical engineering for data centres, critical infrastructure, or similar projects.
Experience in the UK, Europe, or USA.
Strong understanding of electrical design standards, codes, and regulations.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Right to work in the UK.
