Senior Education Welfare Officer - The Role: As a Senior Education Welfare Officer at Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust, you will take a leading role in shaping attendance and welfare practices across Hub 2 and supporting the wider Trust. You will provide strategic oversight, line-manage Education Welfare Officers, and work closely with school staff, families, and external agencies to ensure every child has the support they need to thrive. Your expertise will directly influence attendance strategies, interventions, and safeguarding practices, while your leadership will help create a consistent, high-quality approach across our schools.
