What You'll Be Doing:

Running and growing your own education recruitment desk
Building strong, lasting relationships with schools and candidates
Matching brilliant people with roles that make a real difference
Working to clear goals and KPIs, with full support to exceed them
Contributing to a positive, ambitious team culture

What Youll Need:

Experience in recruitment or fast-paced sales
A target-driven mindset and the motivation to grow your desk
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A sense of purposeyou care about making a positive impact
The drive to take ownership of your success and keep learning
