Turbo Driving is looking for a driven and commercially focused Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a full 360 role, ideal for someone who thrives on business development, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to close deals.

Clear progression into management, with the opportunity to lead a team and manage large blue-chip client accounts once your desk is established.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing a full 360 recruitment desk specialising in temporary hires
• Winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships
• Growing and managing existing client accounts
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Interviewing and assessing candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement
• Visiting new clients to promote services
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Working towards and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 1 years experience in a 360-recruitment role
• Experience within driving recruitment (preferred)
• Proven track record in business development and desk growth
• Strong sales ability with a commercial mindset
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
• Comfortable using CRM systems, job boards, and recruitment tools
• Willing to be on-call on a rota basis
