The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Racetrack Events Manager who thrives in live environments. You will lead large-scale events across our Southern venues, managing teams, schedules, logistics and more, delivering world‑class experiences. Working on approximately 100 event days per year, including most Saturdays (32 Saturdays of working year) and at least one Sunday per month (any Sunday worked will be given back as time off in lieu).
Planning, recruiting and training freelance staff to ensure seamless event operations.
Travel and overnight stays for events as required (expenses and accommodation provided for journeys over 50 miles from base at Dunsfold).
Key Responsibilities
Lead events from setup to pack‑down, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Manage & motivate on‑site teams including instructors, events, photographers, pit staff
Maintain timings and schedules while prioritising safety and customer experience
Act as the first point of contact for problem‑solving during events, both internal and external
Recruit, train and manage freelance staff to ensure adequate coverage for all events
Collaborate with the operations team to uphold high‑quality standards

Automotive or motorsport sector experience advantageous
Confident leader able to make quick decisions under pressure
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexible to work most Saturdays
