The Role
We are looking for experienced and committed Senior Domiciliary Care Workers to join our friendly and supportive team. You will play a key role in supervising care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting and mentoring care staff in their daily duties
* Conducting spot checks, observations, and supervision meetings
* Assisting with care planning, reviews, and risk assessments
* Ensuring care is delivered in line with company policies and regulatory standards
* Providing hands-on care and support when required
* Liaising with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
* Supporting the management team with rota cover and staff coordination

About You

Requirements:
* Previous experience in domiciliary care (essential)
* Experience in a senior or supervisory role (preferred)
* QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Reliable, compassionate, and team-focused attitude
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (required)
