About the Role Reporting directly to the International Marketing Manager and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders including the International Marketing Director and Head of Product Marketing, you will play a key role in planning and executing integrated marketing and event initiatives. Your focus will be on driving brand visibility and engagement across Webgains’ priority markets, including the UK, China, and continental Europe. This position involves managing end‑to‑end campaign delivery, coordinating high‑profile events, and ensuring all activities align with strategic objectives to strengthen Webgains’ global presence and deliver measurable commercial results. You will work cross‑functionally to maintain brand consistency, leverage market insights, and support the development of innovative marketing solutions that resonate with diverse audiences. Key Role Responsibilities
Global Brand Stewardship: Champion and evolve our international brand presence, ensuring consistency, localisation, and cultural relevance across all regions. Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan, deliver, and optimise omnichannel campaigns across email, CRM, paid media, SEO/SEM, social, and events. Event Management: You’ll work closely with our existing events lead and maintain continuity of our events programme during their maternity leave. Assist with budgets, timelines, suppliers, venues, speakers, and logistics to help ensure smooth execution. Marketing Comms & Content: Create and guide the development of branded assets and experiences. Copywriting: Produce and collaborate on content tailored to platform, audience, and objective – across various mediums including blogs, email, press, ads, and social. Performance Intelligence: Use analytics tools to interpret data and optimise marketing and event performance for improved ROI.
Essential Requirements
3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to multiple digital channels and hands‑on event delivery. Creative and design fluency using tools like Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with native‑level English (or equivalent). Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking and interpreting performance metrics. Strong organisational and project‑management ability, able to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
Desirable Requirements
Event planning experience including vendor management, supplier coordination, stand builds, venue sourcing, and logistics. Hands‑on experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads. Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS platforms, and broader marketing tools. Video production/editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro. Understanding of brand architecture and the development of brand guidelines. Confident presenter and communicator in both digital and live formats. Fluency in additional languages, especially German, French, Italian, Spanish or Chinese.
