I am currently working with a multi award winning Developer of Grade A commercial spaces as they look to grow their team by hiring a Senior Development Manager to become a future leader in the business. The business is hugely innovative and pride themselves on thinking outside the box, and being at the forefront of sustainability, breathing a breath of life into existing buildings to re-imagine the way assets work. They provide a highly collaborative and dynamic environment, working with a variety of partners to deliver outstanding projects. The Senior Development Managers role will include: Origination and business development opportunities Management of investment, and commercial agreements with partners Management across the entirety of the development lifecycle including: Creation and implementation of business plan In depth development appraisals as well as feasibility and viability assessments Selecting, appointing and managing all external professional teams Leading design team meetings Managing planning applications Management of all key stakeholders both internally and externally Tender and procurement of contractors Oversight of delivery Support on leasing and asset stabilisation.

The Senior Development Manager will have: At least 7 years’ experience as a Development Manager (client side preferable) A deep understanding of Commercial Real Estate A passion for sustainability and modern construction Excellent commercial acumen Ability to pitch, present, and report to Investors and Partners A hunger and drive to succeed and become a leader within the business
