I am working with an exceptional London office-focused real estate Investment Management firm, in their search for a Development Manager to join their entrepreneurial team.

This company works on exceptional value add projects in London predominantly, but also in national city locations.

Key Duties:

Investigation and assessment of development and major refurbishment opportunities. Feasibility testing and identifying options to maximize long-term value. Working closely with the internal project and design team, in additional to professional consultants Overseeing and co-ordinating production of the brief, detailed building design and key project documentation in accordance with the project timescale. Ensure best sustainability measures Oversee real estate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation to ensure timely and successful delivery.
