Job Description

Bespak are looking for a Senior Development Engineer (pMDI - Inhaler) for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this permanent, role is between £55k to £62k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Our generous benefits package includes 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking and medical / dental / health / life assurance.\n\nWorking Pattern – Mon to Fri – Work 7.5 hours + 30 mins lunch break, between 8am and 5pm (8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm).

You will lead technical project assignments, driving the development and industrialisation of drug delivery devices, specifically taking charge to oversee Dose Counter and pMDI development. You will be instrumental in managing fast-paced timelines while ensuring products meet performance, quality, cost, and manufacturing requirements in line with ISO 13485.

An exciting and highly attractive aspect of this role is the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Formulation Team, where you will provide critical technical input to shape product success.
