Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.The RoleThe Senior Development Analyst will play a key role in monitoring the performance of existing schemes and identifying new investment opportunities. Working closely with the Development team, responsibilities will include:Preparing, updating, and reviewing development appraisals in line with evolving project data.Producing funding reports for equity and debt partners.Assisting with development finance conditions precedent and coordinating required information.Supporting bank drawdowns, monitoring loan covenants, and addressing cost overruns.Preparing quarterly presentations for senior management and board meetings.Assessing financial statements of prospective tenants and contractors to inform risk decisions.Collating and reporting sustainability metrics.Maintaining development databases and supporting new bid submissions.Preparing initial reports and market analysis to support acquisition opportunities.Conducting site visits and attending relevant launches, events, and networking functions.Key Skills & ExperienceExperience in the property or real estate industry.Advanced numerical, statistical, and analytical skills.Experience with property cashflows, financial modelling, and an understanding of investment and development principles.Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive approach.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAnalyst, Finance, and Strategy/PlanningIndustries: Real Estate, Investment Management, and Financial ServicesGet notified about new Development Analyst jobs in London Area, United Kingdom. #J-18808-Ljbffr
