THE ROLE:

We are delighted to be partnering with one of the leading UK-focused Investor/Developer to help them appoint a Senior Development Analyst.

The business has a diverse and extensive portfolio that covers the whole UK market. With access to stable and diverse sources of capital, they have plans to double their AUM in the next few years. The business has a strong track record of keeping ahead of market trends and identifying value-add opportunities in under-allocated assets and locations.

This role has been newly created and will play a key part in their continuing expansion. You will work alongside the investment, development, asset management and senior leadership teams in helping them make as informed, data-driven capital deployment decisions as possible. Another key part of the role is the ongoing reporting to investor partners on investment opportunities and the various ongoing development and refurbishment projects that are ongoing.
