Senior Developer - Blackpool (Hybrid) - Fixed Term Contract
Are you ready to play a key role in one of the most exciting digital transformation initiatives at Harvey Nash? We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong experience in REST APIs and JSON to join a forward-thinking team delivering cutting-edge solutions for a prestigious client. This is an initial 9-month Fixed-Term contract with a potential for extension.
The role is based in Blackpool (hybrid) at a salary of up to £60,000 + Excellent benefits package.
Senior Developer - Hybrid - Experience:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs.
Work with JSON data structures for seamless data exchange between systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the development life cycle.
Essential Experience:
Proven experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
Strong proficiency in working with JSON for data interchange.
Solid understanding of modern software development practices and agile methodologies.
Experience with version control systems (eg, Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
