The mandate

You own the quality and clarity of design output.

That means:

Producing accurate, buildable structural steel drawings
Anticipating issues before they reach site
Taking ownership of complex packages, not just isolated details
Working closely with fabrication and installation teams to ensure what's drawn can actually be builtWhat success looks like

You are likely someone who:

Has strong experience producing structural steel or architectural metalwork drawings
Understands fabrication, tolerances, and site realities
Can work at pace without sacrificing accuracy
Takes accountability for your work from concept to installation
Communicates clearly with engineers, PMs, and shop floor teams
Doesn't need chasing, micromanaging, or hand-holdingThe upside
