Job Title: Senior Designer Location: Burnley Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Company Overview Our client is a creative-led digital agency specialising in high-quality design across web, motion, social and digital campaigns. The Role This is a senior, hands-on position that combines design leadership, client interaction, and team support. Sitting at the centre of the design function, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of creative output while acting as a key point of contact for both internal teams and clients. The role is split approximately 60/40 between hands-on design and leadership responsibilities.
