Senior Creative Designer

Central London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Permanent | £60,000–£65,000 + 15–30% bonus

A highly regarded investment firm based in Central London is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Designer to join its in-house creative team. Working within a small, close-knit and collaborative environment, the Senior Creative Designer will support the wider business with high-end visual communications across pitches, presentations, marketing materials and digital assets.

This is not a formatting role. The firm is looking for a designer who can bring conceptual thinking to corporate communications, translating complex ideas and data into clear, engaging and visually polished layouts.

The Role

The Senior Creative Designer will:

• Design and develop high-impact pitch decks and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Create and evolve PowerPoint templates and presentation systems
• Translate complex information into compelling, brand-led visual narratives
• Design reports, marketing materials, event collateral and branded assets
• Act as a visual brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all outputs
• Contribute to broader creative projects including branding, digital, video and animation

PowerPoint forms a significant part of the role (approximately 70–80%), alongside regular use of Adobe Creative Cloud.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proven experience in a corporate or professional services design environment
• A strong eye for detail with confident creative and conceptual ability
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
• Collaborative and team-oriented with a passion for high-quality design

Experience in finance, private equity or a similar environment is beneficial but not essential.
