I am currently recruiting for aSenior Design Managerto join a growing contractor delivering high-rise residential and mixed-use projects across London.ThisSenior Design Managerrole offers the opportunity to take full ownership of design on complex schemes, working closely with site and commercial teams from pre-construction through to delivery. TheSenior Design Managerwill play a key role in managing design coordination and driving programme, buildability and compliance.Key Responsibilities Senior Design ManagerLead design coordination across high-rise residential projectsManage consultants, subcontractors and design packagesOversee design delivery from pre-construction through to completionEnsure design aligns with programme, cost and buildabilityManage RFIs, technical submittals and design information flowWork closely with site and commercial teams on live projectsEnsure compliance with Building Safety Regulator requirements and Gateway processesRequirements Senior Design ManagerExperience as aSenior Design Manageror Design ManagerStrong background in high-rise residential or mixed-use projectsExperience working for a main contractorProven experience managing design coordination on live schemesKnowledge of RIBA stages, ideally Stage 45 deliveryExperience with BIM, CDE systems (Procore, Aconex or similar)Exposure to BSR or Gateway process is highly desirableWhats on Offer£100,000 - £120,000 salaryBonus, pension and private healthcareStrong pipeline of high-rise residential projectsOpportunity to join a growing and ambitious contractorClear progression and long-term career developmentJBRP1_UKTJ
