Senior Design Manager - Maritime & Civils Location: Hampshire, Hybrid Hours: Full Time | 37 hours per week Salary: £60,000 per annum Your New Role Do you have chartered or nearly chartered status as a Design Manager or Senior Design Engineer, with expertise in marine, civils, piping, or naval infrastructure? We're looking for a motivated professional to lead multidisciplinary design teams on complex maritime and civil infrastructure projects in a unique, high-profile waterfront setting. About the Role As a Senior Design Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing strategic project briefs, managing internal and external design teams, and overseeing the design process from end to end, ensuring all outputs align with legislative, technical, and client-specific requirements. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role working across the full project lifecycle. You'll guide the design process from feasibility through to construction, ensuring engineering and environmental standards are met while collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
