Our client specialises in property, office investments, hospitality, and construction. They have assets valued up to £3 billion. The position is a Senior Design Manager (permanent), based at the head office in Uxbridge, West London. Responsibilities
Design lead a few projects ranging from £10m - £50m. Oversee a Design Coordinator and report to the Head of Design. Stay up-to-date with all new building regulations.
Qualifications
Experience on all RIBA work stages, specialist in stages 3-5. Previous experience with a tier one developer or main contractor. CIAT registered. Degree qualified (ideally).
Compensation & Benefits Basic salary between £90k - £105k, full package and bonus system on top. #J-18808-Ljbffr
