Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered.\n- Previous experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Extra Care Housing, MOJ, Industrial, Education or Healthcare.\n- Ideally previous Main Contractor employment but not essential.\n- High level of communication skills.\n- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).\n\nREMUNERATION:\n\nThe successful Design Manager will receive:\n\n*£65,000 - £80,000 Basic (Dependant on experience)\n*Car Allowance\n*Healthcare\n*Pension (very competitive).\n*Bonus\n\nTo be considered for this vacancy or to find out more information please apply now.\n\nServices advertised by Talk Recruitment are that of an employment business and/or agency
