Senior Design Manager This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Design Manager or a Design Manager looking to take a step up into a Senior role. This role is with one of the leading tier 1 main contractors in the UK who have a long history of successfully delivering projects in a wide variety of sectors while also being recognised for their excellent staff retention and staff development opportunities. Responsibilities This role will act as the lead on a residential led mix‑use scheme comprising of 85 units with additional leisure and commercial space, managing the project from the end of the PCSA stage to completion. The role will report to a Principal Design Manager and have the added responsibility of managing a Design Manager and Document Controller. Requirements

Experience working in a Design or Technical Management role with a developer or main contractor Experience working in the residential sector Experience with new build schemes
