Senior Design Manager Chelmsford, Essex Full time, Permanent position Our welcoming Client is has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Design Manager who will work within their cladding remediation division. Responsible for the full design process from tender stage right through to completion and expected to manage multiple delivery phases on more than one project at any one time. Role: Within this role you will Lead the facade design on projects, delivering innovative, cost-effective design solutions, ensuring compliance and fostering exceptional client relationships, You will drive project success through intelligent design, coordination adn proactive management to exceed expectation and cost savings. Overall responsible for design on project Develop a robust, cost effective and buildable design solution for each area Proactive management of the Design House and other design partners on the project Production of technical submissions Delivery of Approval, Construction issue, production and installation information Detailed coordination with other trades/surveys and supply chain Checking drawings and production information Samples process Compliance with Building Regulations and other relevant standards Proactive management of IRS, RFI's and Comment Tracker Point of contact for...
