OverviewBalfour Beatty is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Design Manager to lead the design delivery of a major highways project in North Hykeham. This is a pivotal role within a high-profile infrastructure scheme that will improve regional connectivity, support economic growth, and enhance transport networks in the area. As a Senior Design Manager, you will take ownership of the design process from concept through to construction, ensuring that all technical outputs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate designers, consultants, and stakeholders, driving innovation while maintaining strict compliance with industry standards and project requirements. This role offers the opportunity to influence key design decisions on a complex infrastructure scheme, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the overall success of the project.
