A global leader in point‑of‑sale (POS) innovation is seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join their high‑performing engineering team in the East Midlands. This is a pivotal role within a business that partners with some of the most recognisable brands in retail, delivering complex, high‑impact display solutions across plastic fabrication, injection moulding and advanced manufacturing processes.

As a Senior Design Engineer, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end design and development of sophisticated POS display units. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, driving engineering excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions for major global retailers.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Design Engineer will include:

Leading the design and development of complex POS products from concept through to production, utilising expertise in injection moulding, sheet metal fabrication, vacuum forming and other manufacturing processes. Driving DFM strategy and overseeing overseas manufacturing development, working closely with international suppliers, production partners and cross‑functional teams.
