A SENIOR DELIVERY RECRUITER is now required to join our UK & European Technology division working as part of the candidate delivery function across our portfolio of partners and customers.

Overview:

The Planet Group are Workday's longest standing Staffing & AMS Partner. We are seeking a highly driven Delivery Recruiter with a strong focus on candidate sourcing to support specialized hiring needs. (Remote working available)

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top ERP talent while partnering closely with our sales team to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who excels at proactive talent discovery and candidate engagement from sourcing to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, social media, and niche platforms.

· Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs for the Workday market.

· Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill in demand skillsets.

· Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment.

· Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.

· Supporting a variety of candidate related activities from interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer processes and onboarding.

Key Skills Required:

· Strong experience with proactive candidate sourcing and outreach

· Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools including Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques

· Excellent organisational skills and a process driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

· Strong candidate relationship management skills to support lead generation
