The Role

Senior Delivery Manager – Owns E2E delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. Drive customer value realization while empowering teams and managing stakeholders, risks and delivery performance

Your responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet business objectives.
• Manage and empower cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive project success and continuous improvement.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing stakeholders and delivery performance.
• Drive customer value realization by translating commitments into tangible outcomes and ensuring measurable value post Go-Live.
• Monitor and report project progress, budgets, and resource utilization, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Proven track-record delivering complex IT programmes
• Hands on experience with Agile and Hybrid delivery models
• Experience in managing cross-functional distributed systems
• Background in modern technology – cloud platforms, system integrations, data-driven solutions
• Managing delivery risks and complexities
• Experience in embedding governance and reporting frameworks

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience working in a Telecom client-facing or consulting environment
• Familiarity with Telecom Business and UK Telecom Landscape
