What you will do

Design, build, and deploy sophisticated credit risk and underwriting models for the US market using Python and experiment tracking tools like MLFlow. Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources, including global Credit Bureau data, to improve model accuracy and operational efficiency. Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior data scientists, translating complex business challenges into actionable data science solutions for senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate

Proven experience building and shipping commercial machine learning models in production environments, ideally within credit, lending, or financial services. High proficiency in Python and the modern ML stack, with a strong grasp of the trade-offs between different machine learning architectures and algorithms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead projects independently and explain sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
