Senior Data & AI Governance Consultant Permanent Location: Home Based - with travel to client sites Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 (+ benefits) Skills: Data Governance, AI Assurance, Metadata Management, SC Clearance We are looking to recruit a Senior Data & AI Governance Consultant for a leading IT & Data Consultancy. You will help clients build robust data governance foundations and adopt responsible AI . You will create practical artefacts-policies, standards, operating models, and evaluation frameworks-that improve data quality, model reliability, risk posture, and compliance. This is a hybrid role and although primarily home based you will be required to work on customer site when required What you'll do Deliver data governance workstreams , including policies, stewardship models, RACI, data quality monitoring and remediation. Implement metadata and cataloguing : business glossaries, lineage, classification, and sensitivity labels. Contribute to AI assurance across the lifecycle, including training data preparation, model selection support, evaluation and monitoring, and operational governance.
