About the Role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will build and nurture long-term relationships with our EMEA Enterprise clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide them in achieving their business goals while identifying opportunities to grow their partnership with Bambuser. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
