Vanrath is partnering with a global organisation operating across 140 countries to recruit a proactive Customer Account Manager for their brand-new Belfast office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who is passionate about building relationships and delivering an excellent client experience. The Role Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring a consistently high level of service and support. You'll play an important role in maintaining strong client relationships, resolving queries, and supporting customers in getting the most value from the platform. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help ensure a smooth customer journey while identifying opportunities to enhance account performance and contribute to long-term customer retention and growth. Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 (DOE) + bonus (OTE up to ~£47,600) Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, delivering a high standard of service and support Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships, understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction Handle customer queries and issues efficiently, providing timely and effective resolutions Proactively engage with customers through calls and check-ins to ensure a positive experience Support account reviews and customer engagement activities, ensuring clients are fully supported Assist with the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start Manage the subscription renewal process, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and introduce additional services where beneficial Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, finance, operations, customer success) to deliver a seamless service Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, tracking customer interactions and account activity Monitor accounts for any risks or service issues, taking proactive steps to resolve them Support billing, invoicing, and reporting processes where required Your Profile Previous experience in a customer service, account support, or client-facing role A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and building relationships Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a range of stakeholders Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks A proactive and solution-focused mindset when handling customer queries Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Experience in a B2B or commercial environment is desirable but not essential A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Skills: Account Manager Account Executive SaaS Tech Supply Chain Customer Service Benefits: High OTE
