About the role As Senior CRM Executive, you are responsible for supporting the delivery of the CRM communication & contact strategy for John Lewis Financial Services, managing campaigns from creative brief through to building, sending and performance reporting against defined benchmarks.
You will ensure communications are delivered accurately and on time across multiple channels, testing and optimising campaigns to deliver great performance. Salary range - £35,000.00 - £55,400.00
Contract type - This position is permanent.
Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims for around 1 day a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings.
Key responsibilities
Supports a collaborative and motivated team environment, giving and receiving regular and clear feedback to colleagues to improve the performance of self and team.
Supports the development and planning of marketing communications across a range of channels, particularly email, SMS and direct mail.
Responsible for the end to end execution of campaigns.
Monitors and reports on campaign results & KPIs to extract insight and optimize accordingly.
Becomes an in-house expert at using our CRM tool Salesforce, automating and building journeys to test and provide valuable insight back to the business.
Work with Data Insight and Analytics teams to ensure clear and measurable customer outcomes are identified as part of campaign planning and execution.
Acts as a subject matter expert and consultant to the wider business on Comms & CRM and data-driven marketing, embedding best practice.
Provides day to day support to Senior CRM Manager(s) and CRM Manager(s).
Works closely with stakeholders in JL Customer, ensuring adherence to broader John Lewis CRM principles and continued dialogue with the Profession to support continued learning and development for the team .
Essential skills/experience you’ll need
Demonstrated previous CRM experience
Solid experience in designing and running CRM / email / direct marketing campaigns
Good understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
A keen attention to detail is essential when reviewing campaigns and producing performance reports
Advanced numerical abilities and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Great communication and problem solving skills with an ability to build great relationships
