Are you a CRM expert with a passion for data, systems, and driving engagement? We're working with a highly respected professional services firm to find a Senior CRM Executive who will take ownership of their CRM and e-marketing platforms, playing a pivotal role in shaping how the business manages relationships and drives growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on both the technical and strategic sides of CRM. You'll be the go-to person for all things CRM - embedding best practices, training users, and ensuring the firm gets maximum value from its systems.
The Role
You'll work closely with the Head of Business Development and a collaborative BD team to:
Manage and champion the firm's CRM (Nexl) and email marketing (Mailchimp) platforms.
Lead on data integrity, cleansing, and system optimisation.
Deliver training and support to users across the business.
Provide insightful reporting and analysis to support BD campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
Support onboarding of new hires and ensure seamless CRM integration.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing a CRM system (Nexl experience a bonus, but not essential).
Background in professional services - legal sector experience is a plus.
Strong Excel skills and a meticulous eye for data accuracy.
