Senior Criminal Litigation Lawyer London Local Authority Locum Contract Hybrid Working Arrangement
A large and well-established local authority in London is seeking an experienced Criminal Litigation Lawyer to join them on a locum basis, this is a 3 month contract initially that is likely to be extended.
The Prosecutions Lawyer will need to hold a caseload of: Licensing Planning enforcement Disabled badge fraud Housing Act 2004 appeals Regulatory cases and tribunals
The successful Prosecutions Lawyer will have prior experience of line managing a team and will be a specialist in criminal litigation law. Prior local authority experience is advantageous, and you must be a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, CILEx).
This is a hybrid role with office attendance ideally 1 day per week, and court attendance as required. Attendance at licensing committees is desirable.
