The Opportunity

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide full Cost Management services, including project accounts, invoice management, cashflows, cost reports, quote reviews, and change order management, working closely with the EMEA.
  • Participate in the tender and bid process from initial documentation through detailed analysis and reporting.
  • Manage the end-to-end change management process, ensuring all cost-impacting changes are identified, analysed, approved, and implemented.
  • Analyse tenders and bids to ensure value for money and alignment with client objectives.
  • Support the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including claims, to secure best value for the client.
  • Monitor project spend through valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations clearly and promptly.
  • Maintain strong cost documentation to support agile project management and timely decision-making.
  • Assist with dispute resolution and loss/expense claims in a transparent manner.
  • Develop team capability through strong mentoring, leadership, and performance management.

We Would Love To Hear From You If You

  • Have experience as a senior cost manager, ideally from a consultancy background
  • Have experience in pre - contract cost management while be ing experienced in budget control, cost planning, prepar ing and initiat ing change forms for discussion with other project stakeholders wh ile be ing knowledgeable on alternative construction material s
  • Are chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun .
