OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager, to join our busy and expanding Birmingham office, supporting our clients to deliver projects and programmes in the Real Estate sector across the West Midlands working on a variety of projects in a wide range of sectors including, Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential.This role will suit someone with a proven track record of delivery with an aspiration to progress their career.ResponsibilitiesSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.Support our clients to deliver projects and programmes in the Real Estate sector across the West Midlands.Work on a variety of projects in sectors including Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential as part of the Birmingham office team.QualificationsDegree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards) would be preferableExcellent written and oral communication skillsInquisitive and problem solving skill baseDemonstrable cost management experience working at a consultancyAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
