About the Role Due to their continued expansion and growth this company are looking to offer positions to at least one MEP QS/Cost Manager and so this is a really exciting opportunity to be part of a business that is at the top of their game and also a brilliant place to work. Responsibilities

Emphasis on datacentres and business critical infrastructure. Expanding into renewable energy and utilities. MEP cost management.

Qualifications

Sector experience is less important than a proven track record in MEP quantity surveying/ cost management.

Required Skills

A number of years MEP cost management experience with a cost management consultancy. QS degree and ideally MRICS.
