Senior Cost Consultant | £70K–£85K + Bonus | Hybrid | London


We’re working with a forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy in East Central London, delivering major residential and mixed-use projects for private developers, some up to £2.5bn in value.


Join a 100-strong team known for modern construction methods and high-quality housing. This role offers the chance to lead major projects, work closely with clients, and support junior team members.


️ What you’ll do:

  • Lead cost planning, procurement, valuations & reporting
  • Manage pre- and post-contract services
  • Mentor junior consultants
  • Champion tech-driven solutions


✅ What you’ll need:

  • 6+ years in consultancy or developer roles
  • Large-scale resi/urban project experience
  • MRICS/MCIOB + relevant degree
  • MMC or sustainability experience is a bonus
