The role: Senior Cost Consultant

Salary: £60k - £75k + package

Location: Manchester

Zenith Associates are working with a regionally established consultancy who are seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to join their growing team. Our Client offer's a range of services: project management, cost consultancy, fund monitoring and employer’s agent services.

This role is suitable for a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor who is eager to learn the skills needed to fulfil the role of Project Manager and Employers Agent as well as Cost Consultant.

You must be an ambitious individual who enjoys the challenge of leading projects, team and growing a business.

The immediate projects you will be involved in are glamorous high rise developments, experience in this sector is ideal. You will also work in the commercial, hospitality, industrial and retail space.

Consultancy or Contractor background preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry
• Must be capable of managing stakeholders and clients
• Willingness to learn and be adaptable
• Excellent communication skills
• Business Development skills
• MRICS ideal but not a essential
