What is the job?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Co-Sec Assistant / Paralegal to join our UK Legal team, playing a key role in supporting corporate governance, company secretarial, and compliance activities across the Group. Working closely with the Head of International Legal and wider legal colleagues, you’ll help ensure our UK and European entities meet their statutory obligations and governance standards in a timely, accurate, and well-organised manner.
The role offers a broad and engaging remit, combining hands-on company secretarial work with exposure to wider compliance and legal processes. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, board members, and external advisers, gaining valuable insight into how a complex, international business operates. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives on detail, and is looking to deepen their experience within an in-house legal environment.
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 depending on skills & experience
Contract: Full-Time and Permanent
Location: Brentford, TW8 9AG - Hybrid with 4 days on-site.
What will you be doing?

Supporting corporate governance and company secretarial activities across UK and European group entities, including preparation and filing of documentation with Companies House and other regulatory bodies
*
Acting as a key point of contact for UK entity compliance matters and coordinating with external company secretarial service providers
*
Maintaining statutory registers, corporate records, and minute books
*
Organising and supporting Board and Committee meetings, including preparing agendas, board packs, minutes, resolutions, and written consents
*
Assisting with director appointments, resignations, powers of attorney, and changes to company information
*
Monitoring statutory deadlines and supporting annual filings and corporate compliance requirements
*
Providing support on compliance initiatives such as Data Protection, Modern Slavery, and internal policy implementation
*
Delivering general legal administration and organisational support to the Legal Department, including reviewing legal documents where required
About you
*
You have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Co-Sec Assistant or Paralegal within an in-house legal team
*
You have strong experience supporting Board and Committee processes, including preparation of minutes, agendas, and resolutions
*
You’re confident with entity management, corporate governance, and UK company secretarial requirements, including Companies House filings
*
You bring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
*
You’re comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
*
Company secretarial or governance qualifications are desirable, and a law degree (LLB), GDL, or equivalent legal qualification is preferred
*
