Our client

Our client is seeking a senior corporate lawyer to join their team on a maternity leave cover, providing support to the business and providing leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

Providing guidance on legal and corporate governance such as partnership agreements, legal and regulatory frameworks. range of legal and governance matters including matters of constitutional, role duties and responsibilities

Experience requirements: Experienced lawyer qualified in the UK with understanding of UK Governance Laws Strong understanding of LLPs and Professional Services businesses.
