Ideally you will be:
An experienced corporate lawyer with a strong private equity focusA commercial lawyer with exceptional drafting, negotiating and advising skillsA non-contentious employment lawyer with corporate support, TUPE and senior exiting expertiseA commercial property lawyer with broad real estate knowledge
All roles require technical expertise, strong client relationship skills and superb team-work and communication skills.
