This is a hands-on position combining technical delivery with team leadership, offering the chance to work on complex, innovative projects while mentoring and developing engineers.

The Role Lead the full project lifecycle: design, development, programming, testing, and commissioning Develop control system solutions in collaboration with clients Programme and configure PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers, graduates, and apprentices Attend client meetings and conduct site surveys Produce detailed technical documentation and ensure compliance Support site commissioning activities (occasional travel required) Requirements 5 years experience in a senior or lead control systems role Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar Strong PLC, SCADA, and HMI experience (e.g.
