Senior Contracts Manager We are recruiting an experienced Senior Contracts Manager for a small but well-established, growing principal contractor construction company delivering high-quality projects across commercial, industrial, health, and education sectors. Projects range from £10,000 to £3,000,000, and no two days are the same! The Role
Oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure profitability. Support and mentor Site Managers through guidance and regular site visits. Handle project costings, variations, and contract administration. Procure and manage sub-contractors, plant, and materials. Build strong client and design team relationships. Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years’ experience in construction / contract management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working with a main contractor. NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent). SMSTS certification. CSCS Black Card (or equivalent).
