Location: you can be based from one of our strategic hub locations in Manchester, London, Birmingham or Bristol
3/2 hybrid working plus occasional travel
Enhanced Security Clearance: if successful, you must be willing and able to undergo Security Check (SC) level clearance. To gain you will need to have been a resident in the UK for a minimum of 5 years and have no criminal record.
As a Senior Contract Manager, youll take the lead on high-impact contracts for the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and Home Officetwo of the UK governments largest departments and among BTs most significant customers.
Youll play a key role in safeguarding contract value, managing risk, ensuring the delivery of contractual commitments, and building strong relationships. Leading a contract management team of 5 responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the MoJ and Home Office contracts.
Shaping and influencing the strategic direction and financial performance of the contracts.
Managing senior stakeholder relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters.
Driving additional value through effective change management and continuous improvement.

Extensive experience in contract management with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
People management capability, whether through direct people management experience, or the desire to lead a team and experience of coaching others.
Willing and eligible to undergo Security Check (SC) level Security Clearance -
15% on target bonus.
