The Senior Content Design Manager leads the creative development, design direction, and visual execution of world-class content across Merlin Entertainments’ global portfolio. This role manages all content design in the business (outside of ATL Communications), ensuring every asset, attraction, and guest-facing environment reflects brand authenticity, creative excellence, and operational feasibility.
You will lead a network of internal designers, external agencies, production partners, and IP stakeholders to deliver high-impact content that elevates the guest experience and supports strategic business goals. Your work will cover Marketing content—including Brand, Social Media, CRM, SEO, E-commerce (web/app), and PR—as well as design needs from Attraction Operations and Corporate/Internal Communications teams.
This role ensures all design outputs are on-brand and delivered to a consistently high standard. You will work closely with the Senior Content Operations Manager, who focuses on content operations and delivery, with both roles reporting into the VP Global Content.

Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years’ experience managing creative content design, development, and direction, ideally in entertainment, theme parks, or media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative Arts, Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record delivering concept-to-delivery design in branded and/or IP-driven environments.
- Experience managing multiple projects, teams, agencies, and production partners across geographies.
- Skilled in budget management, cost planning, and project timelines.
- Passionate, innovative, and globally minded, with the ability to balance high-volume and strategic content while delivering excellence.
